One thing to keep in mind when crafting your resume is to tailor it to the job you are seeking to acquire. Maintain accuracy of all your facts in the resume, but expound on your skills that pertain to the job for which you are applying. For example: if you have a degree and/or experience in web development do not spend much resume real estate on the summer job you had working at a fast food restaurant unless you helped them with their web site.
