We take great pride in developing our interns with the industry tools. We have an on-boarding process for our interns which includes a tour of our facility and safety orientation. During the first week, we conduct an inventory of skills and identify the areas the intern desires improvement. A formal initial review with SMART goals is given to the intern with a clear definition of success criteria. An interim review is carried out approximately middle of the internship term. A final exit interview and review is done at the end of the term.

Any specific training and user group participation is on their own time. We encourage them to utilize these learning and networking opportunities at no charge. At the end of internship they will learn about digital data acquisition, robotics programming using Labview, public relations, business plans, business accounting, project management and more to augment their college learning. We also extend our interns an interview opportunity as a part of their development with other entrepreneurs at techJOYnT.
