Shop Local

Oklahoma City's shopping options are incredibly diverse.  From high-end at 50 Penn Place, Penn Square Mall or the new Classen Curve to funky local shops on Western Avenue or the Plaza District, OKC offers more than you might imagine.  Retail options are continually expanding, and below are just a few examples of current retail hot-spots.

Penn Square Mall - NW section of town, classic mall shopping with some higher-end retail and dining options.

Western Avenue - Local shops, some high end, great antiquing, lots of dining options while you shop.

Classen Curve - New development near Western Avenue, includes high-end favorite Balliets (Burberry, Kate Spade, Nicole Miller, etc.) and specialty retail / dining, with a Whole Foods Market coming this year and Anthropologie coming next year.

Quail Springs Mall - North side of town, surrounded by restaurants and big-box retail, large popular multiplex attached.

Plaza District - Can you say "funky local retail?" This is it.

The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City - Set to open August 2011 on the west side of town, with fantastic stores signed up and more on the way.

Much more available at www.visitokc.com

I was itching to get out of OK and spread my wings, but Greater Grads showed me all that OKC has to offer.
